These volunteers include individuals, churches, businesses and other nonprofit organizations. Together they assist in cooking, cleaning, gathering, providing and taking meals and water to children and seniors that are not able to come to the facility. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. They also participate in the annual Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade. We look forward to when the pandemic subsides and we can once again open our doors to the pubic every second Saturday of the month during the school year and each Monday, Wednesday and Friday during the summer. Until then, we coninue to work with many supportive community partners that allow us to provide both the Drive Through Pantry and Food Deliveries at area locations.
